At The Venue at Stillwater Pond, we go above and beyond to ensure every wedding is seamless, beautiful, and unforgettable. Couples can choose from four unique arbors to create the perfect backdrop for their ceremony, while elegant tablecloths are provided to elevate the reception space. To keep the day stress-free, we offer parking attendant services for guests’ convenience, and as hands-on owners, we personally oversee every event to make sure no detail is overlooked. Our goal is to provide not just a venue, but a warm and personalized experience that reflects the love and vision of each couple.
With every event we include the following:
Up to 200 Chivari white outdoor chairs for outdoor/pavilion ceremonies or events.
Up to 20 - 72" round tables with up to 200 Chavari fruitwood chairs.
- Up to 20 - 36" cocktail tables with black cloth coverings.
- 4 - 96" Long Wooden Farm style tables
- 4 - 96" Long Folding buffet tables
- 1 - 48" round table cake table
- Includes set-up/take-down of all tables and chairs
- Includes clean-up and trash disposal
